I am so happy that I can now run nine miles and still feel good at the end of it....we'll see how 13 goes before I get too happy.

Well, today starts my direct walking log, as to how much I walk. I normally walk a mile a day so we'll see how this affects my weight, health and overall better outlook on life.

This site just keeps getting better. Several of the RunnersWorld Tulsa & TATUR Trail runners have been logging their miles on the iPhone application called Exercise Tracker.
It is only $3 and it sure makes it easy to log your miles. You do not ever have to sign in and out. Best $3 I have spent.

This the beginning for me. I really want to lose this weight I am tired of being tired and having no energy and I am afraid if I dont do something now it might be to late. So here is to a new beginning.

divorced mom of 4 kids, full time nursing school, two part time jobs waiting tables ( walks 2-3 miles per shift!) Over the past 2 years, I have lost 30 pounds, and I just joined the Y. Tonight I did my first treadmill workout and I look forward to continuing this journey to improving my fitness level!
