This site just keeps getting better. Several of the RunnersWorld Tulsa & TATUR Trail runners have been logging their miles on the iPhone application called Exercise Tracker. It is only $3 and it sure makes it easy to log your miles. You do not ever have to sign in and out. Best $3 I have spent. Brian H

I started in July and walked 500 miles by year end. 2010 goal is 1000 miles for the year. I walked the Resolution Run on New Years Day so I'm on my way!

I am 57 and walk every day of the year for health reasons. I was never an athlete. I walk about 2 miles per day; sometimes 3 and just logged my 500th mile last week. My doctor tells me not to run due to joint stress but the other day I trotted the last mile to get home during the rain and had plenty of endurance.

Congrats to everyone who contributed to our goal-shattering achievement! We crushed the 1M mile mark by over 6000 miles!

I started logging in July and set a goal to walk 500 miles in 6 mo. I reached that goal on 12/30. New goal is 1000 for 2010. Thus far I'm slightly ahead of goal. I need 2.75 miles per day but I'm doing 3, though with this weather most (except for the Resolution Run/Walk has been on the treadmill.
