I started in July and walked 500 miles by year end. 2010 goal is 1000 miles for the year. I walked the Resolution Run on New Years Day so I'm on my way!

Logged 10.44 miles on cardio yesterday. Also signed up for President's Challenge.
Plan on doing 30 minutes cardio three times per week, weights 2-3 times per week.

I really enjoyed the Tulsa Run this year. I PRed with a 1:14:18. I can't believe I shaved about 6 minutes from last year's time. Thank you Kathy and Brian at RunnersWorld for all your help. I'm looking forward to the Rt 66 Marathon.
